To continue delivering on that mission with even greater efficiency, we’re excited to announce a significant upgrade to our CRM system. We’ve invested in Salesforce’s bespoke CRM for Not-for-Profits—a cutting-edge platform designed to revolutionise how we manage the grant application process. This upgrade will make the process simpler, more accessible, and more efficient for all our applicants.

A Smoother, More Streamlined Experience for Applicants

Personalised Accounts:

Applicants will be able to create and manage their own accounts through a personalised portal. This will serve as a central hub where you can track and manage all aspects of your grant application. Say goodbye to sorting through emails and paperwork—everything you need will now be just a click away.

Deadline Management:

A standout feature of this upgrade is the ability to track important deadlines directly through your account. This includes monitoring key tasks such as submitting receipts or proof of purchases. With automated reminders and a clear view of all pending tasks, staying on top of your commitments has never been easier.

These enhancements are designed to reduce the stress of the application process, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—delivering impactful projects and services to the Kirklees community.

Improved Internal Capabilities

On our end, the new Salesforce system will significantly enhance how we operate. We’ll gain improved visibility, detailed metrics, and comprehensive tracking, all in one place. This system will allow us to generate reports on which campaigns are most successful and offer a 360-degree view of all interactions with the charities, donors, and households we serve.

Temporary Application Suspension: October 1st – 31st

To implement these exciting upgrades, we will temporarily pause new grant applications from October 1st to October 31st. This short break is essential to ensure a smooth transition to the new system and bring all the new features online.

Rest assured, this is not a suspension of funding, nor will it make applying for grants more difficult. In fact, once the system is live, it will be easier than ever to apply for grants and manage your applications.
