LINK – Leaders and Impact Network Kirklees

Designed primarily for women leading or aspiring to lead within the charity and community sector, LINK provides a safe, supportive and inspiring space to connect, reflect and grow. These meetings focus on leadership with impact, exploring the real challenges, opportunities and lived experiences of women creating change across Kirklees.

Each session brings women together to build meaningful relationships, share insight and shape what leadership development should look like locally. LINK is intentionally participant-led; we want to hear directly from women about the training, learning and support they need, and we will respond by developing relevant workshops, learning opportunities and future events.

Lisa Darwin and Hayley Austin will be present at every meeting, offering facilitation, guidance and support, and helping to ensure LINK remains an inclusive, empowering and trusted space.

It is open to women at all stages of their leadership journey, from those new to leadership to those with established roles who want to deepen their impact.

Together, LINK aims to strengthen women's leadership and collective impact across Kirklees by listening, learning and leading together.
