The Brunswick Centre effectively employed a £5,000 grant from the One Community Foundation to support vulnerable households in Kirklees.
The grant facilitated emergency food payments and utility support for 15
service users living with HIV in the most deprived areas of Kirklees. Additionally, it provided aid to 20 LGBT young people facing financial challenges.
The grant also enabled the purchase of white goods, including fridge freezers, washing machines, and cookers, and sought contributions towards personal hygiene items for the toiletry bank.
