Role Description

This is a part-time (14 hours per week) on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Huddersfield. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role includes answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling basic inquiries. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for creating documents, monitoring and ordering office supplies, and coordinating meetings.

You will be tasked with setting up the Board, and Sub-Committees, collating and distributing papers, taking the minutes and undertaking other associated administration tasks. Board Meeting (held bi-monthly on the 3rd Thursday of the month in person in Huddersfield 4-6 p.m.). This work will require you to work directly with the Board of Trustees, principally the Chairman.


Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, or Clerical experience required
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with office equipment and basic office software
